Terms of Service
These terms define authorized access and responsible use for ONEXTO, an internal RAN operations workspace.
Provider, effective date, and contact
These Terms of Service are provided by Indo Human Resources. They are effective on 19 August 2026 and were last updated on 19 August 2026.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to Anungmahargono@gmail.com or by mail to Ruko Bidex Blok G17, Jalan Pahlawan Seribu No.8, Kelurahan Lengkong Gudang, Kecamatan Serpong, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten, 15310, Indonesia.
Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of ONEXTO, an authenticated internal Radio Access Network operations workspace. By signing in, registering, or using ONEXTO, you agree to follow these Terms and any operational instructions shown inside the product.
A signed enterprise agreement or other written agreement may also govern access. If an approved signed agreement conflicts with these public Terms, that signed agreement controls for the parties and subject matter it covers, while these Terms continue to apply to matters not addressed there.
If you do not agree, or if your authorization has ended, do not access or use ONEXTO.
Service purpose
ONEXTO supports approved network operations, engineering, administration, and support users. The product helps users inspect dashboards, measurement workflows, Time Advance and traffic-shifting analysis, data and server readiness, operational configuration, user administration, reporting, and profile settings.
ONEXTO is not a public marketing site, consumer social network, public data marketplace, public emergency service, or replacement for formal operational approvals outside the product.
Eligibility and authorized users
You may use ONEXTO only if you are an approved user with a legitimate operational, engineering, administration, or support purpose. Access may depend on role, approval state, account status, maintenance state, and configured security controls.
You must stop using ONEXTO when your role changes, your approval is withdrawn, or you no longer need access for authorized work.
Registration and approval
Registration requests may ask for an email address, phone number, and approval owner. Submission of a registration request does not guarantee access. An account may remain pending until an authorized administrator or approval owner completes the applicable review.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account contact details current where the product provides profile controls.
Authentication and account security
Login may use an approved identifier, one-time password verification, Google sign-in when configured, and automated abuse checks such as reCAPTCHA. Session access is personal to the approved user.
You are responsible for protecting your account, device, verification codes, and session access. Report suspected unauthorized use promptly.
- Do not share accounts, one-time passwords, session access, or approval links.
- Do not attempt to bypass role, approval, session, maintenance, or verification controls.
- Do not use another person's identifier, phone number, email address, approval status, or session.
Roles, permissions, and administration
ONEXTO surfaces may vary by role or permission. Administration areas may expose user management, runtime configuration, maintenance settings, integration settings, activity visibility, system monitoring, and test tools to authorized users only.
An available screen or control does not grant authority to perform work outside your assigned role, organization policy, or external operational approval process.
Acceptable use
Use ONEXTO only for authorized operational work. The workspace is designed for sensitive network operations workflows, so access must remain purposeful, traceable, and limited to legitimate job duties.
- Do not upload, enter, or request information that you are not authorized to process.
- Do not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its dependencies.
- Do not use ONEXTO to make unsupported public claims about network status, performance, customers, or providers.
- Do not introduce malicious code, unauthorized scripts, or unauthorized integrations.
Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse ONEXTO, the account system, operational data, export features, configuration surfaces, or support workflows.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, privilege escalation, credential harvesting, security testing without approval, or service disruption.
- Do not hide your identity, falsify approvals, alter audit-relevant context, or remove operational evidence without authorization.
- Do not copy, disclose, publish, or distribute operational information except through approved channels.
- Do not use ONEXTO for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or non-operational purposes.
Operational data and outputs
ONEXTO may display operational tables, KPI views, reports, logs, user activity, configuration values, availability states, and workflow results from connected application sources or administrative settings. Outputs may depend on source freshness, permissions, configuration, user input, and service availability.
Your organization and its users are responsible for having lawful authority and necessary permissions for data submitted, imported, connected, generated, or exported through ONEXTO. These Terms do not transfer ownership of customer or organizational data. Subject to applicable agreements and law, the provider may process that data only as reasonably needed to deliver, support, secure, maintain, and improve ONEXTO.
You must verify critical operational decisions through the approved operational process for your organization. ONEXTO supports analysis and workflows but does not replace qualified human judgment. Authorized human review is required before material operational, administrative, financial, security, customer-impacting, or other consequential action.
Product-domain and personal data distinction
ONEXTO can process both product-domain operational data and personal information. Product-domain operational data may include network, KPI, measurement, server-status, reporting, configuration, or tool workflow information. Personal information may include account, contact, authentication, approval, session, profile, and activity information linked to an identifiable user.
You must handle both categories according to applicable confidentiality, authorization, retention, and data-protection requirements.
Configuration and sensitive settings
Administration areas may expose runtime configuration, communication settings, credential-related fields, sender identities, maintenance settings, test controls, and integration status to authorized roles. Sensitive settings must be handled only by approved administrators.
If you see a secret, credential, token, or other sensitive value outside an approved secure surface, stop using that value and report it promptly.
Third-party services and configured providers
ONEXTO may connect to configured service providers for identity, abuse prevention, communications, hosting, or other operational support. These services are used only when configured for the deployment or workflow.
Your use of a provider-supported feature may also be subject to that provider's own terms or policies. ONEXTO does not control third-party provider systems.
Availability, changes, and maintenance
ONEXTO may be updated, modified, limited, suspended, discontinued, or placed into maintenance mode to protect reliability, security, data integrity, or operational readiness. Features can change as the internal workspace evolves.
The service may be unavailable or incomplete because of maintenance, configuration, network conditions, provider availability, source-data issues, user permissions, or security controls. No uptime or service-level commitment applies unless it is documented separately in an approved agreement.
Suspension and termination
Access may be refused, suspended, or revoked when required by account status, role, approval state, maintenance state, suspected misuse, security risk, legal requirement, operational direction, or these Terms.
Customer administrators may remove access when authorization, employment, assignment, or operational need changes. After access ends, you must stop using ONEXTO and must not retain or use information obtained through ONEXTO except where you are separately authorized to do so. Provisions concerning confidentiality, data responsibility, intellectual property, liability, dispute handling, and other terms that naturally should survive will continue to the extent applicable.
Confidentiality
ONEXTO may expose sensitive operational, technical, administrative, support, and account information. You must protect that information and use it only for approved work.
Do not disclose ONEXTO content, screenshots, exports, configuration values, logs, or operational results publicly or to unauthorized recipients.
Intellectual property
The ONEXTO product interface, source structure, branding, and product content are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ONEXTO or its underlying software.
Product facts, operational data, and user-provided information remain subject to the permissions, ownership, and confidentiality rules that apply to their source systems and organizations.
Feedback and support information
If you provide feedback, support evidence, issue details, screenshots, error references, or operational context, it may be used to troubleshoot, improve, secure, and operate ONEXTO.
Do not include secrets, credentials, unnecessary personal information, or unauthorized operational data in support requests or feedback.
Disclaimers
ONEXTO is provided for authorized internal operational use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without promises that every view, integration, export, notification, or configuration value will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or fit for every operational decision.
ONEXTO outputs are operational aids. They do not replace independent verification, external approvals, incident procedures, field safety procedures, or official systems of record where those are required.
Liability limits
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any limitation or remedy is applied only to the extent allowed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Where a limitation is permitted, responsibility for ONEXTO is limited to the legally available remedy that applies to the specific claim, role, and use context.
Privacy
Personal data handling through ONEXTO is described in the ONEXTO Privacy Policy. Applicable processing remains subject to Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, other mandatory law, and applicable enterprise or data-processing arrangements.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law and any signed enterprise agreement, you and the organization authorizing your use are responsible for claims or losses arising from misuse of ONEXTO, data used without lawful authority, infringement of another party's rights, or a material breach of these Terms. This clause does not override mandatory legal protections or impose obligations that cannot lawfully apply.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt good-faith operational and legal escalation where appropriate. Indonesian courts have jurisdiction unless an approved signed agreement establishes another valid dispute mechanism.
Changes and notices
We may update these Terms as ONEXTO, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The effective date and last updated date identify this version. Material notices may be provided through the service, an authorized organizational contact, or another appropriate channel. Updates will not be applied retroactively where prohibited by mandatory law.
Severability and entire agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These Terms and any applicable signed enterprise agreement form the governing terms for their respective subject matter; a signed enterprise agreement is preserved and controls where it validly applies.
